SREOSHY BANERJEA
Design for All
Executive Director | Urban Designer | Innovator
I work at the intersection of design, development, and systems change — translating complex public processes into community-centered outcomes. I’ve led multidisciplinary teams, led master planning efforts, advanced design excellence in high-stakes public projects, and built programs that expand access to opportunity. My focus is on using design as a tool for dignity, equity, and long-term impact.
